Project Background
Located in Pottstown, PA, and a member of Tower Health, Pottstown Hospital is a 219-bed hospital that offers a full range of health services, including inpatient and outpatient, medical and surgical, and diagnostic and emergency care. Its cancer program is nationally recognized and its Emergency Room, which is the second busiest in Montgomery County, PA, sees more than 40,000 patients a year.
Solution
Pottstown Hospital chose ZLEDLighting’s RGB/DMX Linear LED Wall Washers to light up the outside of the hospital at night. Their original plan was to change the colors each month for the different awareness foundations like breast cancer, autism, organ donation awareness and others. They would also use the DMX remote control on holidays like St. Patrick’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and July Fourth to light the hospital in the appropriate colors.
Recently with the turmoil in Ukraine, the hospital has been lit in the colors of the Ukrainian flag to show support to people that are in need.
